    Abstract: The invention is a dispensing and storage product for storing rolls of items and dispensing items unrolled from the rolls. The invention is designed to dispense unrolled items while retaining the rolls of items within the product. The product provides a dispensing section for dispensing rolls and separate storage section sized to store a plurality of storage rolls. The dispensing section and the storage section are isolated from each other to enable only authorized users to restock the dispensing rolls from the on-hand storage rolls.
