Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for personalized data collection in the field of physical training, wellness and fitness comprising at least mobile device to measure and monitor the quality of the movements, a wireless network and an interconnected set of RFID readers and tags placed strategically on equipment with data transmitted and stored using a custom RFID reader and interactions with users using developed applications for smart phones and tablets.
