The system includes a container of a geometric shape, which is transformable and has a frame with two ends. Clasp catchers are located below the border of the upper surface, approximately at the midpoint of the borders, and on the bottom side of some of the sections including the sections closest to either of the two ends. The system can be laterally condensed or laterally enlarged where the frame transforms to house varied spaces of sections.

A plurality of toilet seat covers may be packaged in a toilet seat cover dispenser that may be sized to fit in a pocket or purse and that may accommodate multiple seats covers in a folded and rolled position.
