Abstract: An apparatus comprises a rod comprising a first length wise cavity and a second length wise cavity comprising a length wise slot extending to a distal end of the rod. The second length wise cavity is configured for joining to an article promoting fan support. A head member is rotatably joined to the rod for supporting the rod. A handle is rotatably joined to the head member for enabling the head member to rotate about the handle where the rod rotates in a plane generally perpendicular to the handle and for enabling the rod to be rotated to a position generally parallel to the handle. An end cap is joined to the distal end of the rod and closing the first length wise cavity and the second length wise cavity. A light source is configured to fit within the first cavity.
