    Abstract: A cat toy comprising a randomly moving body and one or more attached members. The pseudo-random mechanical motion of the body is transmitted by the member to a free end of the member. Angular momentum tends to keep the free end of the member moving near the ground thus creating a moving object attractive to cats and inducing them to play and exercise.
