    Abstract: A pneumatic nail gun head elevating tool (10) for varying the depth to which a nail (50) can be driven is disclosed. The tool (10) includes a generally cylindrical base member (24) having means for coupling to a push lever (14) or firing head (20) of a nail gun (12), to which a generally cylindrical adjustment knob member (22) is rotatably coupled. Rotation of adjustment knob member (22) causes adjustment knob member (22) to extend or retraction in relation to base member (24) thereby controlling the depth of penetration of the nail (50) ejected from the nail gun (12).
