Patent number: 12141160Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for performing in-flight transformations of data streams. Complex event processing (CEP) operating on event records from various data streams can operate by storing the streamed event record data in a database, and then querying the data to perform a data transformation. However, in order to improve the performance of the data transformations and streamline CEP, a serverless architecture is introduced that can perform data transformations directly on streams, using attributes of the streamed record data defined in a schema. The resulting transformed data can then be provided by the serverless architecture to the CEP for direct access of the data most needed by the CEP.Type: GrantFiled: September 4, 2020Date of Patent: November 12, 2024Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Jose Moreno, Saianirudh Kantabathina, Sathi Chowdhury, Selwyn Lehmann, Forrest Thomas, David Woods, Richard Hightower, Scott Mandrell, Mary Baum, Patrick Ryan, Alec Sokol, Michael Qiu, Thomas J. Patent number: 12053380Abstract: A prosthetic valve includes a tubular valve body, snares, and an upstream support. A native valve of a heart of a subject is disposed between an atrium and a ventricle of the heart, and has an annulus and leaflets. The prosthetic valve is advanced to the heart while in a compressed state. The prosthetic valve is positioned within the heart such that the snares are disposed upstream of the annulus and leaflets. The snares are expanded radially outwardly upstream of the leaflets. Subsequently, the prosthetic valve is moved in a downstream direction such that the snares become disposed downstream of the leaflets. While the snares remain downstream of the leaflets, the upstream support is expanded within the atrium, and the upstream support is placed against an upstream surface of the annulus. Other embodiments are also described.Type: GrantFiled: June 16, 2022Date of Patent: August 6, 2024Assignee: CARDIOVALVE LTD.Inventors: Tal Hammer, Meni Iamberger, Yaron Herman, Yuval Zipory, Eran Hoffer, Michael Albitov, Natalia Kruglova, Tal Reich, Ilia Hariton, Aviram Baum

Publication number: 20220358631Abstract: A method includes capturing images of a surface of a workpiece using an optical sensor. Each image respectively images a region of the surface. Each image is assigned a defined 6-DOF pose of the optical sensor relative to the workpiece and a defined focal plane position of the optical sensor. The captured images form an image stack. The method includes determining a sharpness value for each picture element of each image of the image stack to generate a sharpness map for each image. The sharpness maps of the images form a sharpness map stack. The method includes transforming the sharpness maps of the sharpness map stack into a defined reference system based on the respective assigned 6-DOF pose and focal plane position of the optical sensor in order to generate a sharpness cloud. The method includes generating a surface profile of the workpiece based on the sharpness cloud.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 4, 2022Publication date: November 10, 2022Inventor: Michael Baum
