Abstract: A cosmetic powder apparatus, comprising: (i) a first member; and (ii) a second member, where one or both of the first and second members are movable toward the other of the first and second members to enclose an interior area for storing cosmetic powder. The cosmetic powder applicator comprises structure to affix, in one instance, to a fixed positon relative to a selected one of the first and second members, and for facilitating movement of the cosmetic powder applicator away from the fixed position.
