  • Publication number: 20150339841
Abstract: Layout animation that automatically plays in response to a change in layout on UI platforms that typically require animations to be defined prior to the layout being calculated is provided. Developers are enabled to specify how one or more elements should animate via animation values that are relative to an unknown initial layout and an unknown final layout. When a property change event that triggers animation of an element occurs, the initial layout and the final layout of the element and its child elements are calculated. The animations are then scheduled to interpolate the changes in layout.

  • Patent number: 7116283
Abstract: Improved techniques for transmission and display of video data are described. A point of sale terminal includes a processor, memory and software executed by the processor to create frames of data and to analyze the frames of data to create differential data defining differences between preceding and succeeding frames of data. The differential data can be applied to the preceding frames to construct the succeeding frames. At least one frame is transmitted to an external video interface using an external connection such as a universal serial bus port. Differential data is also transmitted to the external video interface. The differential data is applied to the frame which has been transmitted in order to create succeeding frames. The frames of video data are displayed using a display connected to the video interface.

  • Patent number: 7077738
Abstract: An apparatus for and method of cleaning cutting residue from one or both sides of cut meat. Meat, after being cut, for example with a band saw or the like, is passed through a curtain of fluid to impinge fluid on to at least one side of the meat for removing a substantial portion of the deleterious residue. The cleaned meat surface may then be passed through a drying area for removing cleaning fluid if the cleaning fluid contains liquid. After passing through a drying zone, brine or other ingredients may be applied to one or both sides of the cut meat.

The rear portion has a latch opening. A cover is provided having a first end configured for pivotal attachment to the front portion of the body. A latch arm has a proximal end attached to the cover. A distal end of the latch arm includes a latch lip. The latch lip engages the latch opening in the rear portion of the body when the cover is in a closed position. A release mechanism is coupled to the rear portion of the body. The release mechanism includes a cam for engaging the latch lip of the latch arm to force the latch lip out of the latch opening when the release mechanism is moved from a latch position to a latch release position.

  • Patent number: 6926256
Abstract: The disclosed jack assembly is used to raise the frame of a railroad car to a sufficient height above a wheeled truck assembly coupled to the railroad car in order to perform maintenance or remove the truck assembly. The jack assembly comprises an air-operated bellows which raises and lowers a plate that engages the railroad car for the raising and lowering action. Telescoping posts and other support members aid in stabilizing the jack assembly during use in order to prevent failure of the bellows due to buckling under the weight of the railroad car. The jack assembly is readily mobile between locations, and can be operated by a single user.
