  • Patent number: 9943855
Abstract: A crushing machine construction kit for the construction of a crushing machine contains a drive device and a frame of a crushing device. The crushing machine construction kit further contains at least two shear shafts and at least two shredder shafts for the selective configuration of the crushing machine as a rotary shear or as a rotary shredder. A method converts the rotary shredder into the rotary shear.

Date of Patent: April 17, 2018
Assignee: Erdmann GmbH & Co. KG
    Inventor: Michael Boehlefeld
  • Patent number: 9815065
Abstract: A disintegrating machine, in particular a rotor cutter or rotor tearing device, contains at least a first blade shaft, a second blade shaft, a frame, and a driving device for driving the blade shafts. The blade shafts are rotatably accommodated by bearings in bearing receptacles of the frame. The bearing receptacles are configured to improve the maintenance friendliness, in particular by a maintenance-friendly bearing receptacle and/or quick-exchange coupling and/or quickly removable scrapers and/or multifunctional bearing plates and/or by reinforcing ribs, and with regard to a lighter construction while achieving the same or better stability properties.

  • Patent number: 7703714
Abstract: A coarse material comminution machine 1 comprises a rotor 2 fitted with blades 4 and a stator body 3 located on the stator side with at least one blade 5 adjustable by means of a control device 11 in the direction towards the rotor 2 and in the direction away from the rotor 2. The control device has an adjusting slide 12 that is movable relative to the rotor 2 as well as an activating device 13 for the movement of the adjusting slide 12 in the direction towards the rotor 2 and in the direction away from the rotor 2. The blade 5 is kinetically coupled to a movement of the adjusting slide 12. The blade 5 is connected to the adjusting slide 12 by one or several coupling members 14 connectible to the adjusting slide 11 and the blade 5 in form-fitting and detachable fashion.
