Abstract: An apparatus and method for dispensing at least one fluid. A receiving section includes a first conduit and a second conduit. A dispensing section includes a faceplate, including a first plurality of recesses and a second plurality of recesses. A diameter of each recess of the first plurality of recesses is smaller than a diameter of each recess of the second plurality of recesses. The first conduit is connected to provide a flow of water for dispensing through the first plurality of recesses and the second conduit is connected to provide one of a water or soap and water solution for dispensing through the second plurality of recesses.
