Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for decontaminating surfaces such as a wall, a floor, or a ceiling of a building, or the like, having one or more toxic products, such as, asbestos, lead (Pb), PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), or radioactive products. The device includes at least one hydroblasting head fed by a high pressure unit and connected to a vacuum source comprising a low pressure source connected to a cyclone head mounted on a container which collects water containing toxic products and residues of the support. A filtration system having a filtering press is provided. The filtering press is fed with water containing toxic products collected in the container and whose output feeds a buffer tank wherein the water from the filtration comprises particles less than or equal to 5 ?m. Another objective of the invention concerns a method for decontaminating surfaces.

The primary carriages are mounted onto the rail, on the one hand, in such a way as to rotate around an axle that is orthogonal to the rail and, on the other hand, in such a way as to slide along the rail.

Abstract: A club head for a golf putter including upper and lower sections where the upper section has a mass greater than a mass of the bottom section and where the upper section of the club head includes an entire top surface, an upper perimeter of the club, and a portion extending into a front striking face of the lower club head. The upper section may also include a portion extending from the front striking face into the sole, a portion extending from the upper, rear perimeter portion to a lower, rear perimeter portion, and/or a portion extending from the lower, rear perimeter portion to the sole. The lower section comprises the part of the club head which is other than the upper section part and includes lower perimeter sections of the club. The upper and lower sections mate to form a club head having a hollow, interior core.

A first weighting member weights the main body frame in the front and a second weighting member weights the rear and perimeter of the main body frame providing a dynamically balanced putter. The main body frame has a front region, a top surface with an underside in an upper portion of the main body frame, and a sole with a bridge, in one example, extending out from the sole to the second weighting member. The first weighting member is attached to the front of the main body frame, and the second weighting member is attached to the underside of the main body frame. The main body frame supports various combinations of first and second weighting member weights and main body weights to achieve a dynamically balanced putter.

The upper portion of the blade is weighted with a bulbous mass disposed at the rear of the blade, the bulbous mass decreasing in thickness towards a lower portion of the club from a region of greatest thickness and the bulbous mass being formed, in one embodiment, along a top surface of the club.
