    Abstract: An adhesive aid and a method for adhering components by use of an adhesive are provided. The adhesive can be found in an adhesive gap between respective adhesive surfaces of the components. At least the first component has an opening which opens into the component adhesive surface. The adhesive aid has an insert portion, which is designed to be inserted into the opening and has an insert outer contour that correlates to an inner contour of the opening, and a displacement portion, which adjoins the insert portion in order to displace adhesive in the adhesive gap. The displacement portion has a protrusion which protrudes past the insert outer contour in the radial direction, and the displacement portion is designed to be flexible, in particular elastic, at least in the region of the protrusion.

    Abstract: A component connection includes a first component which has a through-hole and a clip element which has a shaft portion that has a first end and a second end facing away from the first end, wherein at least one flexurally elastic first form-fitting element protrudes laterally from the first end. The first form-fitting element covers the through-hole on a first face of a wall of the first component. A second form-fitting element protrudes laterally from the second end. The second form-fitting element covers the through-hole on a second wall face opposite the first face. A connection or securing element is inserted into a central hole of the clip element and which has at least one ball. The diameter of the at least one ball corresponds at least to the width of the central hole such that the shaft portion is radially expanded to at least such a width that a press fit is produced between the shaft portion and the through-hole.

    Abstract: A process is provided for producing a composite component having a first component element and a second component element, which are connected with one another by an adhesive connection. The process includes forming an adhesive cavity by applying thermally active plastic material to an adhesive connection side of the first component element and/or to an adhesive connection side of the second component element; arranging the first component element on the second component element, wherein a gap is formed between the adhesive connection side of the first component element and the adhesive connection side of the second component element, and supplying of heat in such a manner that the thermally active plastic material expands and forms a boundary in the gap between the first component element and the second one. The process further fills the formed adhesive cavity with an adhesive for the permanent connection of the first component element with the second component element.
