  • Publication number: 20250093106
Abstract: An infrared sensor positioned in a reflow oven includes a reflow oven and a first IR sensor turret suspended over a conveyor surface of the reflow oven, where a directional movement of the first IR sensor turret matches a directional movement of the conveyor surface. A method for managing the IR sensor turret positioned in a reflow oven includes locating, by a first IR sensor turret, a point of interest on a PCBA, where the PCBA is positioned on a conveyor in a reflow oven. The method further includes tracking, by the first IR sensor turret, the point of interest on the PCBA, where the PCBA is moving along the conveyor in the reflow oven. The method further includes capturing, by the first IR sensor turret, a first set of thermal data at the point of interest for a first subarea of the reflow oven.

  • Publication number: 20250093193
Abstract: A housing assembly for a fluid sensor assembly includes a housing having a first and second sensing volumes. A fluid port attached to the housing has a porous membrane covering first and second fluid apertures. The first sensing volume included a vertically-oriented waveguide and is fluidly coupled to an exterior of the housing through the first fluid aperture, where the first aperture port has an area smaller than an area of a cross section of the waveguide. The second sensing volume is coupled to the exterior of the housing through the second fluid aperture, the second fluid aperture having an area larger than a cross section of the second sensing volume. While the first sensing volume and the second sensing volume are both in fluid communication with an exterior of the housing, the fluid port and porous membrane internally isolate the first sensing volume from the second sensing volume.

  • Patent number: 12210043
Abstract: A method for monitoring an on-board power supply of a motor vehicle. A power distributor is provided, via which a supply voltage is supplied to a safety-relevant consumer and via which non-safety-relevant consumers are supplied. A disconnection of consumers takes place if at least one measure of the voltage applied at least to the safety-relevant consumer reaches a limit value. After disconnecting consumers, the measure of the voltage applied to the safety-relevant consumer is ascertained. The measure of the voltage applied to the respective safety-relevant consumer is respectively compared to a further limit value for a sufficient voltage. From the disconnected consumers, at least one consumer to be connected is selected, which is connected if the limit value is respectively reached at the safety-relevant consumers. The consumer to be connected is selected as a function of a connection measure such that the connection measure is not exceeded.

  • Patent number: 12050156
Abstract: The sealing arrangement includes a connecting device and one or more housing parts of a housing unit for enclosing of a component, typically an attachment component forming a head of the connecting device. The gas permeable end formed in such component can be isolated, so that the sealing arrangement is adapted for use in detecting a detectable gas in a hermetically sealed detection chamber. Thanks to a sealing structure configured at a passageway for the fastening of the connecting device, a housing unit is obtained with a tight radial contact around an intermediate portion of the connecting device. The device is fitted with a flexible hose end, preferably at a barbed nozzle forming the end at the opposite from the gas permeable end. With such arrangement, the hose mounting can be tested for its integrity.
