  • Patent number: 11956071
Abstract: An example method includes receiving a message from a sending service and addressed to a destination service. The message is sent to the destination service using a synchronous message modality responsive to a communication history parameter for the destination service indicating a synchronous message type. The message is sent to the destination service using an asynchronous message modality responsive to the communication history parameter indicating an asynchronous message type. A reply is received from the destination service and the reply is sent to the sending service. The synchronous message modality comprises waiting for a reply to be received from the destination service for a predetermined time interval. The asynchronous message modality comprises storing identification data associated with the message in a correlation data store, receiving the reply from the destination service, and determining whether the reply is associated with the message based on the identification data.

  • Publication number: 20230271562
Abstract: A bicycle carrier is provided with an integrated work stand to support a bicycle during maintenance or repair. The integrated work stand may be used when the bicycle carrier is in a non-use configuration. The non-use configuration may also comprise a storage configuration for the bicycle carrier. The integrated work stand may retract into the bicycle carrier. The integrated work stand may include an arm with a clamp mechanism at one end of the arm. The bicycle carrier may include a locking mechanism to lock the integrated work stand in place with respect to the bicycle carrier. Integrated work stands having jaws may capture the frame of a bicycle in the jaws.

  • Patent number: 10756614
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for current sensing and error correction in a switched-mode power supply composed of a high-side transistor coupled to a low-side transistor are described. One example method generally includes capturing a current associated with the low-side transistor at a first time corresponding to the low-side transistor turning off; capturing a current associated with the high-side transistor at a second time corresponding to a first delay after the high-side transistor turns on; capturing the current associated with the high-side transistor at a third time corresponding to the high-side transistor turning off; and applying a first correction current to a current-summing node of the current-sensing circuit for a first interval based on the first delay, wherein the first correction current is based on the captured current associated with the low-side transistor at the first time and on the captured current associated with the high-side transistor at the second time.

  • Patent number: 10723278
Abstract: A bicycle rack for mounting on the trunk or rear hatch of a vehicle is described with improved mechanisms for adjusting the components of the rack to fit the rack to different vehicles. The rack is provided with hinge assemblies having releasable latches for quickly releasing the hinges to allow the rack components to be moved with respect to one another, and the latching components back into a fixed configuration during use for carrying a bicycle. The bicycle rack is also provided with inventive support members for holding a bicycle on the rack during use.

  • Patent number: 10668866
Abstract: The present disclosure includes hitch-mounted carriers, including portable bicycle racks. One carrier may include front tire tray assembly; hook arm assembly; pivot assembly; hitch shank ball cam assembly; rear tire tray assembly; and a bike docking assembly. The pivot assembly allowing for adjustment between: storage, trunk access, and use configurations. The bike carrier having first and second wheel supporting tray assemblies for supporting wheels of a loaded bicycle. A hook arm assembly may be pivotally arranged relative to lock at least one wheel and ratchet clamped to at least one wheel. The hook arm assembly may also be configured to extend and retract and is frictionally locked into position. The bike carrier may include a docking assembly having inner and outer clamps configured to the hold a bike into position such that mechanical work may be accomplished at an elevated height.

  • Patent number: 10270342
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for current sensing and error correction, or at least adjustment, for a switching regulator. One example current-sensing circuit generally includes a first amplifier, a buffer, a low-pass filter, a first switch coupled between an output of the first amplifier and an input of the buffer, a second switch coupled between the output of the first amplifier and an input of the low-pass filter, a third switch coupled between an output of the buffer and the input of the low-pass filter, and a fourth switch coupled between the input of the low-pass filter and a reference node for the circuit.
