  • Publication number: 20050009382
Abstract: In order to produce an electric connection between at least two printed circuit boards, the invention proposes a connector with a mating side and a terminal side, in which an arrangement of several support members is provided in a housing. Spherical contacts for realizing the electric contacting of the strip conductors are arranged in said support members. At least one first support member is rigidly connected to a base circuit board with a terminal side while at least one second support member with a mating side is provided for inserting an edge-connector circuit board therein. The electric connection between the two support members is realized with strip conductors that are applied on a flexible conductive foil and contacted by the spherical contacts.

  • Patent number: 6722894
Abstract: A plug connector for establishing an electrical contact between first and second conducting track carriers, in particular between a flexible conductor foil and a circuit board, comprises a plug part that has a plug housing provided with a cam surface. The first conducting track carrier is shiftably mounted to the plug housing such that it can be shifted starting from an advanced initial position into a retracted contact position and parallel to a plug-in direction of the plug part. The plug connector further comprises a socket part that includes a socket housing, a pressure application spring and the second conducting track carrier which is received in the socket housing. The pressure application spring has two ends, one end of which forms a supported end received in the socket housing and the other end forms a pressing end that cooperates with the first conducting track carrier if the latter is in the contact position.

  • Publication number: 20030232533
Abstract: A plug socket comprises a housing, a plug piece receptacle made of an insulating material and arranged in the housing such that it can be moved between an initial position and a plug-in position. The plug socket further includes a plurality of contact elements which serve for making contact with a plug piece inserted in the receptacle and are provided on the plug piece receptacle, and at least one spring which urges the plug piece receptacle into the initial position.

  • Patent number: 5537911
Abstract: In a method for separating a gas mixture above a liquid a separating device with a gas separation membrane having retentate side and a permeate side is employed. A vacuum at the retentate side of the gas separation membrane and a vacuum at the permeate side of the gas separation membrane are provided. The gas mixture, resulting from transferring a liquid from one storage container to another container upon contact with the surroundings, is fed to the retentate side of the gas separation membrane by the vacuum present at the retentate side and the permeate side. The flow volume per time unit of the gas mixture fed to the separating device is greater than a flow volume per time unit of the liquid being transferred. On the retentate side of the gas separation membrane a gas-diminished retentate is generated and on the permeate side of the gas separation membrane a gas-enriched permeate is produced.
