    Abstract: An article storage device is set forth adapted to be attached to the frame of a bicycle or the like. The device has a pair of complementary members which enclose a portion of the frame when the members are brought into engagement with each other as well as form an enclosed space for storing small articles. A lock is provided for locking the members together and to effect frictional securement of the frame relative to the members. A flange and overlapping lip is provided for preventing forced separation of said members by a pry means or the like. A collar is also provided which both maintains the device in a shielded position beneath the rear wheel stays and holds the device, when open, for easy inspection of the contents of the device.
