  • Patent number: 10080920
Abstract: A fitness apparatus includes a support assembly having a framework selectively mounted to one of a ground surface, building structure, or fitness apparatus. A foot assembly is rotatably coupled to the support assembly and configured such that the foot assembly is displaced above a ground surface. The foot assembly includes a pair of retention members configured to selectively support the feet of a person in a toes-pointed downwardly position and above the ground surface. The fitness apparatus that increases core muscle group activation by making traditional exercises more challenging. It is designed to have the user place their feet in a platform which then allows for three axis of rotation. Height adjustment gives the user more resistance. The largest benefit is that the user can perform these exercises without having to stop to re-adjust their feet.
