  • Publication number: 20240407909
Abstract: A device for treating disease along a main vessel and at least one branch vessel extending from the main vessel includes a branch member for deployment in the branch vessel, the branch member having a branch lumen; and a main body for deployment in the main vessel. The main body has a generally tubular wall extending generally longitudinally between opposite first and second ends. The wall has an internal surface defining a main lumen and an opposite outer surface. The wall has a recessed portion that is recessed relative to the outer surface of the wall and positioned between the first and second ends of the main body. The main body has an opening formed in the recessed portion of the wall for receiving the branch member therethrough such that the branch lumen is in fluid communication with the main lumen.

  • Publication number: 20240326556
Abstract: A climate management system for a compartment of a vehicle includes a divider selectively disposed in the compartment to divide the compartment into two zones in response to connection with a wall of the compartment. The system further includes a sensor monitoring the compartment and configured to detect the divider in the compartment. The system further includes at least one fluid connection in the compartment. The system further includes at least one actuator configured to control fluid flow through the at least one fluid connection. The system further includes control circuitry in communication with the sensor and the at least one actuator and is configured to communicate a signal to adjust the at least one actuator based on the detection of the divider.

  • Patent number: 12097345
Abstract: Venous infusion catheter assemblies and methods of use are described herein. A catheter assembly may comprise an elongated body having a proximal end and a distal end, with an expandable occlusion element disposed on the elongated catheter body. A catheter may include a first infusion lumen extending to a proximal infusion port positioned on the catheter body proximally of the occlusion element and a second infusion lumen extending to a distal infusion port. Some embodiments may use a suction lumen extending to at least one suction port. When the catheter is introduced into vasculature of a patient, the suction port may be positioned in the patient's superior vena cava or right atrium to draw blood, the distal infusion port is positioned to direct normothermic or hyperthermic fluid toward the patient's heart, and the proximal infusion port is positioned to create a flow of hypothermic fluid in the patient's cerebral vasculature.

  • Publication number: 20240259721
Abstract: A housing has a bud portion abutting an elongated stem portion. The bud portion is to fit within an ear. The bud portion has a primary sound outlet at its far end that is to be inserted into an outer ear canal, and abuts the stem portion at its near end. A speaker driver is inside the bud portion. Electronic circuitry inside the housing includes a wireless communications interface to receive audio content over-the-air and in response provides an audio signal to the speaker driver. A rechargeable battery as a power source for the electronic circuitry is located inside a cavity of the stem portion. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.
