  • Publication number: 20170104781
Abstract: A system is described for securing data saved on servers against external security threats. The system includes a computing device connected to a data vault via a communications network and a server. The data vault stores personal information of a user. An alias is assigned to the personal information so that it is not disclosed during processing of a transaction by a server. When the user desires to complete a purchase, the user logs into a website having access to the server. To complete a purchase, the server queries the data vault for the user's sensitive personal information. The data vault responds with the aliases corresponding to the user's personal information so that the user may select payment and shipping information from among the aliases. Payment and shipping information are confirmed by selecting the desired aliases, which the server then transmits to the data vault for completion of the transaction.

  • Patent number: 9561877
Abstract: An apparatus and method is described herein for automatically labeling using labels having a fluid activatable adhesive along the back surface of such label. The apparatus has multiple pallets each being positionable with the lowermost label of a stack of one or more labels to releasably secure by suction the label against the pallet, and multiple pads each being positionable with respect to pallets to receive labels from the pallets and then releasably retain such labels until application onto containers. Fluid for activating adhesive is applied by an applicator onto labels retained upon the pad to change the fluid activatable adhesive along the label's back surface from a non-tacky state to a tacky state just prior to application of the label onto container.

  • Publication number: 20130196293
Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus for a phonic learning method implementable on a mobile computing device with a motion sensor are disclosed. A processor generates a phonic object. The phonic object comprises a visual portion and an audible portion. The phonic object is an element of an alphabet, and the audible portion is the phoneme associated with the phonic object. The phonic object and at least one interaction object are displayed. A motion sensor generates a signal representative of the movement of the mobile computing device. The signal is converted into movement of either the phonic object or the interaction object on the screen. When the interaction object and the phonic object interact, an audible signal representative of the audible portion of the phoneme is generated.

  • Patent number: 8015329
Abstract: Methods and a device for performing coherent access requests are disclosed. The methods include receiving a first address associated with a first write or read request. During a write operation, if the first address is associated with a coherent access register, data to be written is stored at a data latch that is connected to a plurality of coherent data access registers. A second address and second data associated with a second write request are received. If the second address matches the first address, the second data and the latched first data are written to the coherent access register. By latching the first data and simultaneously writing the latched first data and the second data, overall coherency of the written data is maintained.
