  • Patent number: 9130765
Abstract: A method of accessing information through a network server from information sources in a computer communication network. A request for requested information from a requested information source is sent using a network client. The request is intercepted by the network server, which sends the request to the requested information source. The requested information is received from the requested information source, using the network server. The network server modifies the requested information by inserting format and request instructions into the requested information and then sending the modified requested information containing the format and request instructions to the client computer. The client computer uses the format and request instructions to send a request for supplemental information.
