  • Publication number: 20230088936
Abstract: A physical storage vault for physical items of digital twin NFTs is described. A combined listing for a physical item and an NET of the physical item is generated, and the combined listing is output in a user interface at a client device. The user interface includes an option to store the physical item in a physical storage vault. A request is received from the client device to transfer ownership of the physical item and the NFT of the combined listing to a user account. The request indicates that the option to store the physical item in the physical storage vault is accepted. Responsive to the request, transfer of ownership of the NET to the user account is initiated by encoding metadata of the NFT on a blockchain with an identifier associated with the user account and by storing the physical item in the physical storage vault.

  • Patent number: 10157104
Abstract: Systems for managing operating on folders that comprise a large number of objects in a cloud-based collaboration platform. A cloud-based environment includes storage devices that store content objects accessible by collaborating users. The content objects are identified by one or more hierarchical path identifiers comprising a folder identifier corresponding to a logical grouping. The hierarchical path identifiers are stored in a relational database. Methods receive an operation command from a user to operate on the content objects associated with the logical grouping, after which a relational database search query is generated. Processing of the query returns a plurality of result sets corresponding to respective portions of the content objects associated with the logical grouping. The operation command is applied iteratively over the plurality of result sets, and the command is finalized after the last iteration.

  • Publication number: 20180141748
Abstract: A waste disposal system includes a cassette having a latch feature. The latch feature is received within a cassette interface or secured by a cassette interface. A waste disposal device includes a lid that mitigates disturbance of ambient air surrounding the waste disposal device. A liner clamping system has an associated timing that mitigates against air within the interior space of the waste disposal device from travelling upward through the liner clamping system, past the lid (when the lid is in an open configuration) and outward into the surrounding environment.

  • Publication number: 20130218196
Abstract: A therapeutic ischemic and reperfusion device with an associated monitoring system for generally enhancing the vascular and metabolic environment and wellbeing of a subject. A method for the treatment and prophylaxis of various medical conditions including environmental induced oxidative stress using the therapeutic ischemic and reperfusion device and associated monitoring system is also contemplated herein. The method uses an inflatable cuff around the limb or torso of a subject operated by a controller configured to inflate and deflate the cuff. The monitoring system is used to monitor the physical and metabolic environments of the subject during and subsequent to the ischemia and reperfusion.

  • Publication number: 20100319914
Abstract: A well screen (101) having a base pipe (103), a filter layer (105) arranged around the base pipe (103), and a discrete mesh outer standoff layer (107) arranged around the filter layer (105) in a first spiral wrap (109) is provided. The first spiral wrap (109) comprises a first succession of loops such that a trailing edge of a next one of the first succession of loops is in contact, or in overlap, with a leading edge of a previous one of the first succession of loops; and to produce a compressive force on the filter layer (105) radially towards the base pipe (103).

  • Publication number: 20100223382
Abstract: A system, method and application for facilitating network support for an install-base network is provided. The method includes performing, at an access node of the install-base network, network discovery to discover one or more nodes of the install-base network. The method also includes collecting, at the nodes, their respective inventories (“network-node inventories”). The method further includes collecting the network-node inventories at the access node, and sending the network-node inventories from the access node to a back-office system external to the install-base network. The method may, optionally, include the access node aggregating the network-node inventories to form aggregate information, and sending the aggregate information to the back-office system in addition to or in lieu of the of network-node inventories.

  • Patent number: 7607021
Abstract: An isolation approach for network users associated with elevated risk is disclosed for protecting networks. In one approach a method comprises the computer-implemented steps of determining a user identifier associated with a network device that has caused a security event in a network; causing the network device to receive a network address that is selected from a subset of addresses within a specified pool associated with suspected malicious network users; and configuring one or more security restrictions with respect to the selected network address.
