Abstract: The present invention relates to a guard or protective device for the glans and foreskin of a male reproductive organ or penis during a urinary catheterization process. The device generally includes a tubular body designed to be worn on a male reproductive organ or penis. The tubular body includes an opening for receiving a catheter, and an open bottom end for receiving the penis. A strap attached to the tubular body is placed below the scrotum to maintain the tubular body covering the penis in a desired position for the catheterization process. The strap can be adjusted, using at least one ladder lock buckle or similar fastener.
