Abstract: An animal food/water dispensing apparatus provides a base that is invertible for alternative use as a water bowl or a feed bowl in conjunction with a single reservoir container design that is adapted to supply either water or feed to the base, so that a minimum of components are required to assemble an animal waterer or animal feeder. Each face of the base has a container mounting ring and a water trough or feed basin for presenting the flowable material from the reservoir container.
