Patent number: 11593890Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for validating electronic distribution transactions and reducing non-compliant electronic distribution transactions. A distribution application enables users to enter details relating to a retirement account distribution. A tax service integrated with the distribution application provides scenario-specific tax withholding information, and enforces relevant tax withholding rules. A user provides withholding information and the system ensures compliance by validating the transaction against the withholding rules. The system displays to the user any errors that need to be corrected, and a breakdown of the proceeds from the transaction. The tax service is implemented remotely from the distribution application so that changing tax regulations may be implemented into the tax service without impacting the distribution application.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2020Date of Patent: February 28, 2023Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Jeffrey L. Patent number: 11576625Abstract: An imaging system and methods including a gantry defining a bore and an imaging axis extending through the bore, and at least one support member that supports the gantry such that the imaging axis has a generally vertical orientation, where the gantry is displaceable with respect to the at least one support member in a generally vertical direction. The imaging system may be configured to obtain a vertical imaging scan (e.g., a helical x-ray CT scan), of a patient in a weight-bearing position. The gantry may be rotatable between a first position, in which the gantry is supported such that the imaging axis has a generally vertical orientation, and a second position, such that the imaging axis has a generally horizontal orientation. The gantry may be displaceable in a horizontal direction and the system may perform a horizontal scan of a patient or object positioned within the bore.Type: GrantFiled: March 15, 2021Date of Patent: February 14, 2023Assignee: Mobius Imaging, LLCInventors: Eugene A. Gregerson, Russell Stanton, Michael Connor, Michael Allen, Paul Sebring, Robert Powell

Patent number: 11559270Abstract: A mobile diagnostic imaging system includes a battery system and charging system. The battery system is located in the rotating portion of the imaging system, and includes one or more battery packs comprising electrochemical cells. Each battery pack includes a control circuit that controls the state of charge of each electrochemical cell, and implements a control scheme that causes the electrochemical cells to have a similar charge state. The battery system communicates with a charging system on the non-rotating portion to terminate charge when one or more of the electrochemical cells reach a full state of charge. The imaging system also includes a docking system that electrically connects the charging system to the battery system during charging and temporarily electrically disconnects the rotating and non-rotating portions during imaging, and a drive mechanism for rotating the rotating portion relative to the non-rotating portion.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2021Date of Patent: January 24, 2023Assignee: Mobius Imaging, LLCInventors: Eugene A. Publication number: 20220151788Abstract: A glenoid anchor for a shoulder joint prosthesis, fixed to a glenoid cavity of a shoulder blade. The glenoid anchor consists only of a structurally independent pin, with an internally hollow conical sleeve, which has a tapered distal end configured for being directly fixed to the glenoid cavity and an open proximal end configured for being removably attached to a prosthesis component. The prosthesis component is a lug of either one of an anatomical prosthesis or a reverse prosthesis. The glenoid anchor is configured for removal of said lug in order to convert the anatomical prosthesis to the reverse prosthesis or vice-versa, while keeping the structurally independent pin inside the glenoid cavity. An outer surface of the sleeve of said pin has a trabecular structure for favouring osteogenesis and bone integration.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 28, 2022Publication date: May 19, 2022Inventors: MICHELE PRESSACCO, ANDREA FATTORI, GABRIELE VIDONI, PATRICK MICHAEL CONNOR, ROLANDO IZQUIERDO, PETER CHANNEL POON, JASON J.
