Abstract: An interface assembly for interconnecting respective housings and output and input drive shafts of a power plant and a vacuum blower by hard mounting, the interface assembly including: an adapter plate secured to a housing of the power plant in rigid and rotationally fixed contact therewith at an output drive shaft thereof; a rigid metal casting interfaced to the adapter plate on the power plant in rigid and rotationally fixed contact therewith, the rigid metal casting further interfaced to a housing of the vacuum blower in rigid and rotationally fixed contact therewith at an input drive shaft thereof, and a rigid coupler assembly interfaced in rigid and rotationally fixed contact to each of the output and input drive shafts for transferring power from the power plant output drive shaft to the vacuum blower input drive shaft.

Abstract: Described is a portable cradle which includes a removable planar surface, a base and a plurality of vertical support members removably coupled to the base and supporting the planar surface above the base. Each vertical support member includes a biasing member urging the planar member upward away from the base with a total biasing force applied to the planar member being selected based on property of materials to be supported on the planar surface so that a position of an upper surface of the supported materials remains substantially constant as a quantity of materials supported on the planar surface is changed.

Abstract: A damping mechanism for use with a housing having a body and a cover pivotably attached to the body, the cover being movable between an open position and a closed position. The damping mechanism includes a body engagement surface located on the body and a cover engagement surface located on the cover. One of the body engagement surface or the cover engagement surface includes a generally planar damping pad and the other of the body engagement surface or the cover engagement surface includes a cam having a generally curved cam surface. The cam surface is shaped and positioned to engage the damping pad such that the damping pad and the cam cooperate to damp the movement of the cover when the cover pivots between the open and closed positions.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes a first side frame and a second side frame, the second side frame being spaced apart from the first side frame. A guide rail extends between the first side frame and the second side frame. A guide rod having a first end, a second end and an axis is provided that extends between the first side frame and the second side frame, the guide rod being positioned to be substantially parallel to the guide rail. A printhead carrier that carries a printhead has a slotted portion for slideably engaging the guide rail and has a bearing for slideably engaging the guide rod. A first eccentric bushing assembly is provided for movably mounting the first end of the guide rod to the first side frame. A second eccentric bushing assembly is provided for movably mounting the second end of the guide rod to the second side frame.

Abstract: A system for transferring game saves between a game console and a personal computer. The system includes a game save editor that allows a user to edit game saves stored in memory of a computer. The game save may be obtained from a hard disk of a personal computer or a memory card in a game console.
