Publication number: 20250023789Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for generating a topology of components based on a set of components provided by a user. The system identifies, for each particular component of the first set of components, one or more characteristics. The characteristics may include at least one of: a rule associated with the particular component, a requirement associated with the particular component, a data input type corresponding to the particular component, and data output type corresponding to the particular component. Based on the characteristics, the system determines that an additional component not included in the first set of components is required for connecting the first set of components. The system selects the additional component and determines a topology of components that includes the first set of components and the additional component. The system also determines a dataflow between components in the topology of components.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 30, 2024Publication date: January 16, 2025Applicant: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Sean Jay McNamara, Peter Michael Crossley, Ryan Christopher Otis, Ethan William Dereszynski

Patent number: 12044142Abstract: A gas turbine blade including a root for connecting to a rotor of a gas turbine, a platform attached to the root defining a side surface and a groove formed in the side surface, and an airfoil including a metallic substrate extending from a surface of the platform to a tip, the airfoil including a pressure side and a suction side meeting at a trailing edge and a leading edge, and a platform impingement plate. The platform impingement plate includes a circumferential edge surrounding a cavity, the edge positioned to contact the platform, a plate surface positioned to from the cavity between the first surface and the plate surface, and a flat member having a face attached to the plate surface and at least one end portion. A gas turbine blade including a platform sealing wire positioned in a groove of the platform is also provided.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 2021Date of Patent: July 23, 2024Assignee: Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. Publication number: 20070108807Abstract: There is provided a chair capable of providing protection to an occupant in the event of an explosion. The chair may provide a protective “cocoon” for an occupant and may intercept projectiles such as debris, fragments and glass shards. The chair may also reduce blast over-pressure acting on an occupant's ears, reduce shock levels acting on an occupant's lungs and provide protection against an occupant being unseated by an explosion.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 14, 2005Publication date: May 17, 2007Inventors: Michael Crossley, Kenneth Holt
