  • Patent number: 12290531
Abstract: This present invention relates to BCMA binders (e.g. antibodies) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) constructs comprising a BCMA antigen binding molecule. The BCMA binders specifically bind to BCMA. The present BCMA CARs further comprise a hinge region (e.g., CD28 hinge), a transmembrane domain, and one or more intracellular NK cell signalling domains. NK cells expressing a BCMA CAR has increased efficacy in killing cancer cells. Provided herein also include therapeutic uses of the BCMA binders and BCMA CARs.

  • Publication number: 20250122933
Abstract: A system for controlling the operation of an agricultural vehicle configured to tow an agricultural implement includes an engine coupled to a frame of the agricultural vehicle and a transmission operatively coupled to the engine. The system also includes a sensor configured to generate data indicative of a field surface incline forward of the agricultural vehicle relative to a direction of travel of the agricultural vehicle. Additionally, the system includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the sensor. The computing system is configured to determine a field surface incline parameter based on the data generated by the sensor. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to initiate an adjustment to an operation of at least one of the engine or the transmission based on the determined field surface parameter prior to engagement of the field surface incline.

  • Publication number: 20230067078
Abstract: A wear block assembly for a three-point hitch includes an actuator wedge that moves along a longitudinal axis relative to a lower lift arm of the three-point hitch. The actuator wedge also includes a tapered surface. The wear block assembly also includes a wear block that moves along a lateral axis relative to the lower lift arm and the wear block includes a wear surface that engages a sway block of the three-point hitch. The wear block also includes a contact surface that engages the tapered surface of the actuator wedge. The actuator wedge drives the wear block to move in a first direction along the lateral axis in response to movement of the actuator wedge in a second direction along the longitudinal axis.
