    Abstract: An electrical power cable includes a central support or a ground conductor surrounded by an insulating material layer. An inner grounded shield is disposed on the support or on the ground conductor. A plurality of insulated line conductors and a plurality of insulated neutral conductors are circumferentially disposed in an annular arrangement about an insulation layer on the inner shield. The plurality of line and neutral conductors are disposed in various alternating single, double or triple conductor groups. The total cross-sectional area of all of the line conductors or all of the neutral conductors is substantially equal to the total cross-sectional area of a single large conductor of equivalent ampere rating. An outer shield is disposed about the line and neutral conductors and covered by an outer insulating layer.

This apparatus is easier to manufacture, shorter in stature that allows for its inclusion in the already overcrowded medical trays used by today's medical personnel, in particular, emergency medical technicians.

    Abstract: A drive lever mounted adjacent a throttle shaft is connected through a link to a throttle lever secured to the throttle shaft. The link is contorted to initially engage the throttle lever at a location which provides a large lever arm for initial throttle opening movement and to thereafter engage the throttle lever at a location which provides a smaller lever arm for subsequent throttle opening movement. The link further engages the throttle lever in a manner which assures throttle closing movement of the throttle lever over the entire range of throttle closing movement of the drive lever.

    Abstract: A fluid swivel is described, of the type which includes an annular chamber formed at the interface between the stationary and rotatable parts of the swivel, which facilitates the passage of a pig through the chamber. A pig diverter device lies beside the outlet formed in one of the parts through which fluid normally exits the chamber, to divert a pig moving through the chamber into the outlet. The diverter device can include a projection lying on the downstream side of the outlet. The projection can extend radially only up to the interface between the two swivel parts, to facilitate disassembly of the swivel. The diverter device can also include a valving mechanism that can shut off fluid flow immediately downstream of the outlet, to direct the fluid stream and pig into the outlet, and the upstream end of the outlet can extend tangent to the chamber to facilitate pig entry therein.
