    Abstract: Individual attachment devices are mounted to tire valve stems or wheel lug nut studs. An upper surface of the device serves as a display area for presenting display items such as promotional decals and logos. The device may also include tabs that project from the body of the attachment device. The tabs are used as display platforms that bear indicia on one of its surfaces, such as advertisements and marketing logos. A free-floating tab may be suspended away from the attachment device body by a connection means and likewise includes display items.
