Abstract: A method for cleaning a computer or typewriter keyboard with a cleaning device, wherein the keyboard includes a pair of keys spaced apart a distance S1 from each other, and wherein the cleaning device includes a handle, a bristle retaining portion extending in a direction d1 away from the handle, wherein the bristle retaining portion has a first end connected with the handle and an engagement area located on the bristle retaining portion at a point on the bristle retaining portion which is furthest from the handle, and a plurality of bristles connected with and extending from the bristle retaining portion at the engagement area, the method comprising: inserting the engagement area in between the keys.

Abstract: A device for cleaning and removing particulates located in between and underneath a pair of keyboard keys is provided. The device includes a handle, a bristle retaining portion extending in a direction d1 away from the handle, and a plurality of bristles connected with and extending from the bristle retaining portion at the engagement area. The bristle retaining portion has a first end connected with the handle and an engagement area located on the bristle retaining portion at a point on the bristle retaining portion which is furthest from the handle. The engagement area has a thickness t1 of less than 1 mm and greater than 0.5 mm. The bristles form a brush. The brush has diameter of greater than 3 mm and less than 20 mm. The device also includes a base stand including a generally flattened bottom portion and a screen cleaning device adhered onto the bottom portion.

Abstract: A self configuring multiple element portable electronic device (100) and method is provided. The device comprises at least a first electronic element (104) and a second electronic element (106) and a joint (112) connecting the first electronic element and the second electronic element, with the joint allowing movement in more than one plane of the first electronic element in relation to the second electronic element, wherein the self configuring multiple element portable electronic device is capable of self configuring an operational mode based on a relative position of the first electronic element with respect to the second electronic element. The method comprises the steps of detecting a relative position of the first electronic element relative to the second electronic element, and selecting an operational mode of the device based on the relative position.

Abstract: Hand held abrading tools are disclosed. The abrading tools include clamping mechanisms to quickly and reliably secure sanding paper, bristled sheets, polishing cloths, and the like, to the tool, while at the same time providing the operator with increased agility and ability to reach relatively hard to reach or oddly shaped surfaces.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a paint applicator which may be used to apply paint to corners, to junctions between adjacent walls, along window trim, along floor moldings, or other surface adjacent to the surface being painted, without smearing paint on the adjacent surface. Moreover, the present disclosure provides a paint applicator having a trim system that prevents the painter's hands from becoming covered with paint upon actuation of trim system.

Abstract: A hairstyling accessory is disclosed which permits a handle to be rotatably adjusted with respect to a head on the accessory, thus permitting the accessory to be tailored to the user's particular needs. The head has a downwardly extending shaft with a longitudinal axis. The handle is disposed about at least a portion of the shaft and is rotatable about the longitudinal axis. The accessory includes a lock for locking the handle to the shaft at one of a plurality of different rotational positions about the longitudinal axis. The lock has a locked position and an unlocked position. The accessory preferably includes a spring for biasing the lock against movement into the unlocked position. The accessory may be a hair brush, a comb or a mirror.
