  • Patent number: 9454859
Abstract: The invention comprises a personal tracking system that identifies an individual, tracks achievements and/or failures of the individual, reports the achievements and/or failures to an authority within an authority system, and provides rewards for the achievements and/or provides punishments for the failures. In one example, the identification system is a personal identification bracelet used as part of an ignition interlock breathalyzer system. Generally, any information associated with the personal identification device and/or the peripheral tracking/monitoring device is maintained in a secure format warranting true information, which is usable in a legal setting, in a training program, or as part of a reward/punishment system.

  • Patent number: 9290095
Abstract: The invention comprises a personal identification device used in function of a peripheral device and/or for communication with an external network. In one embodiment, a non-removable personal identification device communicates presence of a specific individual to a peripheral device, such as an ignition interlock device, a tracking system, and/or a communication system or person, such as a police network, an enforcement agency, a regulatory network, a supervisor, and/or a parent or guardian. For example, information related to the peripheral device reliant in part on the presence of the personal identification device is communicated with the remote system. Optionally, any information associated with the personal identification device and/or the peripheral device is maintained in a secure format warranting true information, usable in a legal setting.

  • Publication number: 20150133721
Abstract: The invention comprises a heart assist device. In one embodiment, the heart assist device comprises a compressible sleeve about a body part, where one or more portions of the sleeve compress to provide a force on blood generating a flow or pulse of blood in the human circulatory system. In one case, the sleeve is external to the body, such as circumferentially about a limb or about a body extremity. In another case, the sleeve is internal to the body, such as circumferentially about an artery or vein. In still another case, two or more sleeves cooperatively function in parallel and/or in series. The heart assist device is optionally configured to auto-start in an emergency system, is in on-demand or in continuous contact with an emergency response system, and/or is linked to a medical professional's system.

  • Publication number: 20150058133
Abstract: The invention comprises a profile system and/or a profile matching system. In the profile matching system, a profile of an individual is received by an external system, such as a company. The received profiled is matched with any of: (1) a second individual, (2) a group, (3) a piece of property, (4) a cluster of property, (5) an event, and (6) a company. A determined match is communicated back to the individual, such as directly to a device worn by the individual and/or indirectly, such as through a phone or tablet of the individual.

  • Publication number: 20150058110
Abstract: The invention comprises a profile system and/or a profile matching system. The profile system uses profiles to track one or more of an individual, a piece of property, an event, and/or a business. In the profile matching system, a first profile is linked to a second profile using a matching system. For example, a profile of an individual is matched to a company or a profile of any of: (1) an individual, (2) a group, (3) a piece of property, (4) a cluster of property, (5) an event, and (6) a company is linked to one or more of a person, a good, a location, and/or a business. Matching of profiles allows personalized service to the individual and more efficient use of company resources.

  • Publication number: 20150019948
Abstract: The invention comprises a hub apparatus and method of use thereof for generating and/or updating a plurality of microsites. In one case, initially a controller updates a hub with a limited number of parameters common to a large number of microsites. Subsequently, the hub is used to update common parameters across a number of microsites. Updated parameters common to the microsites include: a string of text, microsite information, an image, an animation, a video, a banner, a background, a skin, a rendered image, hidden information, and/or any other microsite element. In another case, microsites are generated with user specific information, such as based on a user profile and/or commonalities between the user profile and products/services offered by a company.
