The stand panel is slidably movable between a retracted configuration, wherein the stand panel is generally flat and planar, and an extended configuration wherein the stand panel is not generally flat and planar. When said stand panel is in the extended configuration the stand panel forms a stand to support the device body in an upright position.

Abstract: A tab status indicator system including a generally planar body portion and a tab coupled to the body portion and protruding generally outwardly therefrom. The system further includes an indicator movable between a deployed position, in which the indicator generally overlaps with the tab in a direction generally perpendicular to a plane of the body portion, and a retracted position, in which the indicator does not overlap with the tab or overlaps with the tab less than when the indicator is in the deployed position.

Abstract: A filing cabinet system including a filing cabinet having a pair of opposed, vertically oriented side surfaces and a horizontally oriented surface, and a filer positioned on the filing cabinet. The filer has a first portion positioned adjacent to one of the side surfaces, a second portion positioned adjacent to the other one of the side surfaces, and a third portion positioned on the horizontally oriented surface, wherein the first portion includes a pocket thereon.

Abstract: A bound system including a plurality of pages and a cover/divider bound to the plurality of pages and having at least one free edge. The cover/divider includes a tab secured to a body of the cover/divider such that the tab is movable between an extended position wherein at least part of the tab protrudes beyond the free edge and a refracted position wherein the at least part of the tab does not protrude beyond the free edge. The cover/divider has a slit/opening formed or pre-formed therein and positioned adjacent to the tab and spaced away from the free edge. The slit/opening is positioned such that at least part of the tab is receivable through the slit/opening when the tab is in the extended position.

Abstract: A backpack including a backpack body having an inner cavity therein. The backpack body includes a releasable closure configured to provide access to the inner cavity and a back surface configured to be positioned adjacent a back of a wearer when the backpack is worn. The backpack further includes a shoulder strap assembly coupled to the backpack body and configured to be positioned about a shoulder of the wearer when the backpack is worn. The shoulder strap assembly is coupled to an upper portion of the backpack body only at an attachment location that is located on an opposite side of the releasable closure relative to the back surface.

The filer includes a cover coupled to the rear panel and releasably attachable to the front panel to generally cover or seal the storage compartment. A distal portion of the cover has a width that is about equal to or smaller than the width of the storage compartment to allow the distal portion of the front cover to be received in the storage compartment.
