  • Patent number: 12195052
Abstract: A gap blocking system includes a loading platform having a gap separating a first portion of the loading platform from a second portion of the loading platform. A ride vehicle is coupled to a transport extending through the gap. The gap blocking system also includes a panel assembly coupled to the loading platform and comprising a plurality of panels, wherein each panel of the plurality of panels is coupled to a respective biasing mechanism coupled to the first portion of the loading platform and configured to bias each panel towards a closed configuration in which each panel extends radially away from the first portion of the loading platform.

  • Publication number: 20240376806
Abstract: A screen including a filtration media having a manufactured structure with an interface portion and a filtration portion, the filtration portion having a homogenous geometry that precisely balances flow through all flow paths through the media. A method for making a screen including determining a geometric shape of each flow path through a prospective filtration media, sequentially progressively building the media particle by particle ensuring the geometric shape of each flow path is within 0.01 mm of a design geometry, and fusing each build particle to the foregoing build particle. A borehole system, including a borehole in a subsurface formation, a string in the borehole, and a screen and or plurality of individually designed screens disposed or geometrically distributed within or as a part of the string.

  • Patent number: 8151258
Abstract: In one embodiment, the method includes determining a first set of software patches based on a group of software patches installed on a computing device and a group of available software patches. The method can also include receiving the first set of software patches over a network connection. The method can also include determining, after receiving the first set of software patches, a second set of software patches based on the group of software patches installed on the computing device and the first set of software patches, wherein the group of installed software patches has changed since determining the first set. The method can also include installing on the computing device the second set of software patches.

  • Patent number: 5029827
Abstract: A belt cradle cloth roll support apparatus for a cloth spreading machine including a pair of first and second endless belt members defining a V-shaped trough and trained about a plurality of rollers, including an adjustment mechanism for moving one of the belt members toward and away from the other belt member in order to decrease the angle of the V-shaped trough in order to better contain and control smaller diameter cloth rolls which have diminished in size as they are unwound while supported on the V-shaped belt cradle.
