    Abstract: An electronic compression filter is designed capable of locating unnecessary data in polling data. A statistical based polling error analysis using past polling data and past voting data from multiple geographic regions, converting these error signals into filtered occurrence frequencies associated with various standard deviation intervals, assigning priority codes to repeating geographic regions and then compressing these signals. The purpose is to reduce the amount of polling data to be processed, but application of the compression filter to upcoming polling data can predict the winner of the upcoming election.
