  • Patent number: 11920613
Abstract: In at least one embodiment, the liquid circulation system comprises a rotor located within a tank, a stator having a plurality of coils outside the tank, and an exterior tank wall that is non-magnetic and that is located next to the rotor and between the rotor and the stator, wherein an axis (R) of rotation of the rotor is in parallel with the exterior tank wall, the coils of the stator are arranged along the axis (R) of rotation of the rotor so that the rotor is configured to be rotated by the stator in a touchless manner through the exterior tank wall by means of a varying electromagnetic field driven by the stator to circulate a liquid within the tank.

  • Patent number: 11122812
Abstract: A shrimp processing machine includes a frame assembly, a drive assembly coupled therewith, a bracket member, and an adjustable cutting assembly. The adjustable cutting assembly is movable between a raised position and a lowered position and includes a cutting device and an adjustable cam plate operably coupled with the cutting device. The adjustable cam plate has a cam body, an adjustment mechanism, and an engagement region having first, second, and third engagement surfaces. The adjustable cutting assembly is adjustable between a first configuration whereby the cutting device has a slow drop-in rate and a second configuration whereby the cutting device has a fast drop-in rate.

  • Patent number: 9833005
Abstract: A shrimp processing machine includes an adjustable cutting assembly and an adjustable meat picking assembly. The adjustable cutting assembly is adapted to adjust between a first configuration that forms a cut having a first length on a shrimp and a second configuration that forms a cut having a second length on the shrimp. The adjustable cutting assembly is further adapted to adjust between a first position that forms a cut having a first depth on the shrimp and a second position that forms a cut having a second depth on the shrimp. The adjustable meat picking assembly is adapted to rotatably adjust when a meat picker contacts the shrimp to remove shrimp meat from a shrimp shell.

  • Patent number: 7867067
Abstract: A clamp assembly for a shrimp processing machine includes a center bracket and first and second clamps. The center bracket defines a support surface for supporting a shrimp. The first and second clamps are mounted relative to the center bracket and movable between an open position and a closed position. The first clamp includes a first jaw including a first engaging surface for engaging a first side shell portion of the shrimp in the closed position. The second clamp includes a second jaw including a second engaging surface for engaging a second side shell portion of the shrimp in the closed position. Additionally, a shoulder extends from the second jaw away from support surface of the center bracket for applying a force to the shell when the second clamp moves toward the closed position to roll the shrimp toward the first clamp and tear the shrimp shell.
