Abstract: A cleaning pad cleans an inner wheel surface of a vehicle wheel. The cleaning pad has a base surface, an upper surface, and a lateral portion extending between the base surface and upper surface. The cleaning pad comprises a compressible material and is configured to install relative to the wheel. Upon installation, base surface engages with the inner surface of the wheel and the upper surface engages with the with the stationary mechanism. The upper surface of the installed cleaning pad remains in a fixed position relative to the stationary mechanism as the wheel rotates such that the base surface can apply pressure to, and clean the inner wheel surface.
