The apparatus (101) comprises a processing means and a memory means for storing at least one setting of the vehicle (201) for at least one user. The apparatus (101) is configured to determine that access into a vehicle (201) has been granted in dependence on a first primary identifier having been received from a first primary electronic device (218A) and determine that a first secondary identifier corresponding to a first user of the vehicle (201) has been received from a first secondary electronic device (221).
