Abstract: An assembly includes a handle having a key, and a piston, having a bore, attached to an axle mounted to a hub. A fork is disposed on the axle between the hub and the piston, and a cam has first and second ends held by a cap for rotation in the bore, in which one of the first and second ends has a keyway for accepting the key. An extension of the cap projects into the fork preventing rotation of the cap relative to the fork.
