  • Patent number: 11939919
Abstract: A fluid supply system for a gas turbine engine includes a first component and a second component. A fluid fitting has a fluid junction. The fluid junction includes a first fluid port in fluid communication with and configured to supply a first cooling fluid to the first component. The fluid junction includes a second fluid port in fluid communication with and configured to supply a second cooling fluid to the second component. A primary pipe is fluidly connected to the fluid fitting. A flow meter is arranged upstream from the fluid junction and is configured to receive a cooling supply fluid from a fluid source. Thee flow meter is a wall having an orifice and a surface that is radiused and convex facing into the cooling supply fluid. A secondary pipe is secured to the fluid fitting and is configured to supply the second cooling fluid to the second component. A turbine section includes the first and second components.

  • Patent number: 11921469
Abstract: A metronome includes a body, a sensor coupled to the body and a controller in communication with the sensor. The sensor is configured to detect one or more strikes by a user of the metronome. The controller is configured to receive a first user input to select a tap tempo mode, detect via the sensor a strike by the user on the body of the metronome, determine a tempo based on a plurality of strikes by the user. The controller is further configured to detect modulation of how the strikes are made to the body of the metronome and automatically adjust the tempo based on the detected modulation of the strike.

  • Patent number: 4337565
Abstract: A method for hand forming cooking utensils, a portion of the formed utensil being disposable.A wire frame is bent to define the shape, in plan view, of the desired cooking utensil. To form a two-dimensional cooking utensil, a foil means is wrappingly secured to the wire frame. To form a three-dimensional cooking utensil, the wire means is first deformed to conform to the perimetrical configuration of a mold means which is preferably a staple item of commerce such as a mayonnaise jar or a number 10 can. After removing the wire member from its surrounding engagement with the mold member, a foil means is manually made to conform to the shape of the mold means. The wire member is re-positioned about the perimeter of the mold means, spaced downwardly from the upstanding free end of the mold means, assuming such mold means is supported on one of its ends by a support surface, a predetermined distance equal to the depth of the desired cooking utensil.
