  • Publication number: 20240116804
Abstract: A formulation usable to produce plates and shaped bodies has a base slip, quartz glass particles and multicomponent glass particles that are crystallizable or at least partly crystallized. The base slip contains water as dispersion medium with a content between 30% and 50% by weight and ultrafine SiO2 particles distributed, preferably colloidally therein, with a proportion between 50% and 70% by weight. The proportion of quartz glass particles in the formulation is in the range from 40% to 70% by weight and the proportion the multicomponent glass particles in the formulation is in the range from 5% to 37% by weight. The formulation can be used in a composite material. Firing aids can be made from the composite material.

  • Patent number: 10882291
Abstract: In one aspect, A method of forming a product using an additive-manufacturing head includes forming a new layer of material of the product with the additive-manufacturing head. Forming the new layer of material includes depositing the new layer of material on an existing layer of material and melting the new layer of material so that the new layer of material is welded to the existing layer of material. The method also includes processing at least one of the new layer of material or the existing layer of material with a laser-emitting device, coupled to the additive-manufacturing head. Processing the at least one of the new layer of material or the existing layer of material with the laser-emitting device comprises smoothing a lateral surface of at least one of the new layer of material or the existing layer of material with a laser beam, emitted from the laser-emitting device.

  • Patent number: 10118574
Abstract: The invention relates to a modular distributor for incoming and outgoing electrical conductors. The modular distributor including at least a base module having a first electrical conductor, and a connecting module having a second electrical conductor, wherein at least a first core of the first electrical conductor contacts a second core of the second electrical conductor. For the achievement of a high degree of flexibility in installation, the base module is provided with at least two contact rods extending therefrom, wherein the connecting module is threaded onto the contact rods and the contact rods project through the connecting module. A contact rod forms the electrical connection between a first core of the first conductor and a second core of the second conductor.
