  • Publication number: 20240274288
Abstract: Clinical information, molecular information and/or computer-generated morphometric information is used in a predictive model for predicting the occurrence of a medical condition. In an embodiment, a model predicts risk of prostate cancer progression in a patient, where the model is based on features including one or more (e.g., all) of preoperative PSA, dominant Gleason Grade, Gleason Score, at least one of a measurement of expression of AR in epithelial and stromal nuclei and a measurement of expression of Ki67-positive epithelial nuclei, a morphometric measurement of average edge length in the minimum spanning tree (MST) of epithelial nuclei, and a morphometric measurement of area of non-lumen associated epithelial cells relative to total tumor area. In some embodiments, the morphometric information is based on image analysis of tissue subject to multiplex immunofluorescence and may include characteristic(s) of a minimum spanning tree (MST) and/or a fractal dimension observed in the images.

  • Patent number: 11624597
Abstract: A safe and reliable multi-component projectile enables cost effective manufacturing and assembly of the projectile. Major components of the projectile are joined by a plurality of shear pins interfacing with scalloped geometry of the components. The components are then held together by forcibly joining them using a hybrid annular-cantilevered snap fit joint. The tooth and groove arrangement exists where the teeth are at the end of a spring-leaf like feature of one of the mating parts and the groove is located on the opposite mating part.

  • Patent number: 10911810
Abstract: The non-linear content scheduling and encoding (recording) system provides a highly automated file-based video-on-demand (VOD) publishing workflow. The system includes content-provider scheduling and broadcast programming for encoding, editing, and distribution of video assets (e.g., episodes). The invention effectively scales VOD production and allows broadcasters to use the same schedule and sources as their traditional playout operation to quickly and efficiently produce VOD deliverables with all the correct metadata. The systems of the invention process content at significantly faster rates than traditional, real-time VOD generation. The systems provide program management and incorporate traffic system ad components within fully integrated VOD publishing. The systems enable automatic retrieval of sources for VOD generation from generic storage, video servers, non-linear editing systems, archiving systems, content delivery systems, data or video tapes, as well as from live video sources.

  • Publication number: 20200408566
Abstract: Automatic diagnostics of a building is provided. Computer-implemented methods, systems, platforms and devices are provided to optimize building management including energy usage. Aspects and features in embodiments include note topic clustering, machine learning and optimization algorithm development, automatic issue detection and categorization, customizable issue detection and categorization, and automatic note generation. Scalable self-learning systems and methods for building operation and management are also provided. A system creates a generic anomaly detection and classification machine learning model based on a general training dataset, deploys the model in a cloud server, and creates a copy of the model for each individual building/equipment/device of a user. The system further detects and classifies anomalies from real-time sensor data based off of the model. In a further feature, the system continuously updates the model based on a user's feedback about the detection and classification.
