A probe port includes an elongated tubular member having an interior surface bounding a first passageway and extending between a first end and an opposing second end, the first passageway being closed at the first end and open at the second end; and a flange encircling and radially outwardly projecting from the tubular member at or toward the second end thereof, the flange being secured to the flexible bag so that the first end of the elongated tubular member projects into the chamber of the flexible bag while the open second end of the elongated tubular member is accessible from outside of the flexible bag. A plurality of first perforations are formed through a portion of the first polymeric sheet that overlies the first sparging area so that gas can pass from the first sparging area, through the first perforations and into the chamber of the bag.

    Abstract: A method for mixing includes releasably coupling a first container station to a docking station, the first container station having a shipping vessel bounding a compartment, the docking station having a stand and a drive motor assembly adjustably mounted to the stand. The vertical or horizontal position of the drive motor assembly is adjusted relative to the stand so that the drive motor assembly is in a first position. A drive shaft is advanced through the drive motor assembly and into a chamber of a first collapsible bag disposed within the compartment of the shipping vessel. The drive motor assembly is activated so that the mixer rotates the drive shaft causing mixing of the fluid within the first collapsible bag.

    Abstract: A method for processing a fluid includes sparging a fluid within the compartment of a container with an initial gas so that the initial gas passes through a portion of the fluid to form a humid gas within the compartment. The humid gas is passed out of the compartment of the container and into a flexible condenser bag. The humid gas within the condenser bag is cooled so as to separate the humid gas within the condenser bag into a condensed fluid and a dehumidified gas. The condensed fluid and the dehumidified gas is then removed from the condenser bag.
