Abstract: A mounting device including one or more longitudinal support members slidably coupled to said longitudinal support member, and at least one pinch bracket, said pinch bracket having at least one elongated portion, said elongated portion at least partially disposed inside the lateral support member. The pinch bracket may be disposed around one of the longitudinal support members and formed so that a portion is the same shape as the longitudinal support member and fits over the exterior of the longitudinal support member. The support members may be formed from extruded plastic or extruded metal and include a support structure for holding the bracket in place.
