    Abstract: A solar control safety window, for example, a windshield, comprises a vapor deposited aluminum coat in a laminated sheet assemblage that is bonded between two sheets of glass. Materials are disclosed for effective bonding. The aluminum coat partially transmits light specifically, while it largely reflects radiation generally, in order to provide a safety window with optimum radiation control.
