  • Publication number: 20210101503
Abstract: An adaptive vehicle power system provides an interface between a vehicle twelve-volt electrical system and a twelve, twenty-four, thirty-six or higher voltage battery bank for a vehicle load, such as a motor or other device, to allow operation of the load using the battery bank. In one embodiment, the adaptive vehicle power system automatically senses when the vehicle electrical system is operating properly and automatically switches into a charging mode to charge the battery bank from the vehicle electrical system.

  • Publication number: 20210021139
Abstract: A multi-voltage portable power system includes a plurality of batteries or energy storage devices connected to one or more conversion switches. The conversion switches are actuated in response to an operator-controlled control switch, remotely operated device, or microprocessor controller command. The conversion switches interconnect the batteries of the system to provide a desired output voltage to an output connector, that is then connected to a load. The power output at the desired voltage may be used by a user to jump start vehicles and industrial engines, power equipment, power welding devices, provide battery backup for telecommunication switching systems, provide charge power for an energy storage device or battery assembly, power military applications requiring various levels of power, or for any other desired usage. The system is configured to be contained in various transportable housings.

  • Patent number: 8013567
Abstract: A portable power and utility system for mounting in or on a host vehicle with an electrical system or, alternatively, operating in a standalone, portable configuration. The portable power and utility system includes an enclosure, an AC power subsystem mounted in the enclosure, a fluid power air subsystem mounted in the enclosure and an optional host vehicle connection adapted for selectively connecting the electrical system of the host vehicle and the AC power subsystem. A battery charger subsystem is connected to one or both of the host vehicle electrical system and the AC power subsystem. Wheels can be mounted on the enclosure for transportation. A control panel is mounted in the enclosure and includes multiple switches for controlling operation of the subsystems.

  • Publication number: 20110206488
Abstract: A portable mechanical lifting and lowering device for mounting in or on a host vehicle with various lifting and lowering configurations that enable the user to lift, lower, move and operate items, equipment and farm style implements using hydraulic, electrical, or other mechanical means of power, including but not limited to a lifting mechanism that mimic's the lifting ability of a farm tractor style three point hitch configuration by attaching to the trailer hitch receiver port of a host vehicle and being operated with an implement attached; and a mechanism that can lift or lower items into the earth, or other surface, in a straight or twisting fashion; and a trailer hitch attachment for a trailer hitch ball that can be easily lifted and lowered; and a crane style mechanism that can lift, lower or move items, all incorporated in this one device.
