Abstract: Hair treatment composition comprising an ABA block copolymer are disclosed, wherein the A groups are polymeric blocks built up from an ethylenically unsaturated polymerisable monomer and the B group is a poly(alkylene oxide) block. The composition further comprise cosmetically acceptable diluent or carrier.

Abstract: An apparatus which can data process IC cards and can issue IC cards is provided using a simple structure, which can draw cards one by one. The apparatus can data process IC cards inserted from the exterior of the apparatus and can issue a processed IC card to the exterior of apparatus. A processor with an electrical connection data processes an IC card when it is positioned by positioning structure, which connects the inserted IC card to the processor connection. The apparatus includes a roller and an idler, the idler being mounted on an idler shaft rotatable about a rotation axis of the roller to transfer the IC card to a collection position.

Abstract: An improved tool head for use with an automatic cable tie installation system providing improved reliability, and reduced jamming and/or failure. The improved tool head incorporates a structurally rigid frame which locates and supports the interacting and cooperating components of the tool head in a precise relationship despite such factors as flexing and twisting of the housing, thermal expansion and contraction of the housing, and operational wear.
