  • Patent number: 12551990
Abstract: The inventive subject matter is directed to socket holders that feature through holes in their bases to facilitate stringing multiple socket holders together. Individual socket holders feature a base portion and a cylindrical portion extending therefrom. The base portion can include one or more concave surfaces that improve user grip, while also featuring a through hole that a flexible member such as a string made from any appropriate material can pass through. An entire set of sockets can be held together by coupling each socket to a socket holder and then stringing the socket holders all together using a flexible member. This reduces the amount of storage space required, makes it more difficult to lose a socket holder, improve portability by making it possible for a user to sling their socket set over a shoulder using the flexible member, and so on.

  • Patent number: 12521835
Abstract: After three or four abrasive rock tumbling steps with successively finer and finer adhesive, the rocks are tumbled with pieces of an elastomer, for example plastic foam. The plastic foam may be polyurethane foam. The result is a higher polish than could be achieved by prior abrasive and finishing approaches. A polishing compound may be embedded in the polyurethane foam. Advantages of doing this include that the user gets multiple polishings out of the material base, there is less breakage of the rocks during tumbling process, and the tumbling mix will not “sludge up” if the user were to let the barrel sit after tumbling.

  • Publication number: 20250228712
Abstract: Embodiments of the inventive subject matter are directed to non-sticky, adhesive-free wraps. Wraps disclosed in this application are designed to stick to themselves by implementing a material that comprises fibers on one side and loops on the other. The selected materials have high sheer strength and low breakaway strength, so they are easy to put on and take off and will not fall off accidentally. Wraps of the inventive subject matter additionally include regularly spaced lines that facilitates application of known magnitudes of pressure. By using a key that is tuned to a specific wrap, users can apply a desired amount of pressure to a limb.
