  • Publication number: 20240142708
Abstract: A communication module for a system for transferring data by light beams includes a transmitter for emitting a light beam in which data to be transferred are encoded, and a receiver for receiving a light beam. The transmitter includes a light source, and the receiver includes a light sensor. The transmitter and receiver are disposed offset from each other in a vertical direction. The transmitter emits a light beam in a longitudinal direction. The receiver has a mirror, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis extending in the vertical direction between a folded-out position and a folded-in position. The mirror is disposed such that a light beam incident from the longitudinal direction is deflected toward the light sensor by the mirror in the folded-out position. A system for transferring data by light beams includes at least one first communication module and at least one second communication module.

  • Patent number: 10978232
Abstract: An electromagnet and method for producing the electromagnet. The electromagnet is intended to maintain pretensioning force of fastening by a force acting on a yoke over intended operating time under changing operating temperatures. The yoke encloses an armature that is provided with a flange, which conducts magnetic flux from a housing to the armature, the housing being connected on the one hand to a flange of the yoke and on the other hand to a core flange in a material-bonding manner by welding. The electromagnet can be used for actuation of valves, couplings or other electromechanical adjusting elements.

  • Publication number: 20200227189
Abstract: The electromagnet, at least comprising a magnet coil wound onto a coil core, a housing, a pole core, an armature, an armature rod and a yoke, should have a very low hysteresis of the force with a variable stroke at low manufacturing costs. The coil core is manufactured by jointly overmolding or overcasting the yoke, the pole core and the core flange with a plastic mass, wherein the axial intermediate space between the yoke and the pole core (4) is also filled with the plastic mass. Electromagnets of the described type are used for actuating fluid valves or couplings, preferentially in motor vehicles or in mobile working machines.

  • Publication number: 20060071560
Abstract: A solenoid arrangement has at least one excitation coil and an armature arranged concentrically relative to the excitation coil and axially movable when the at least one excitation coil is supplied with current. A magnetizable cup-shaped housing part open at a first axial side is provided, wherein the at least one excitation coil is at least partially surrounded by the magnetizable cup-shaped housing part. A magnetizable yoke covers the first axial side for closing the magnetic circuit. A housing cover covering the solenoid arrangement is formed of plastic material, wherein the plastic material has at least one attachment flange for mounting the solenoid arrangement on other parts.
