Abstract: A combination of a combi-boiler and a system for providing hot and cold water in a domestic water delivery system. The combi-boiler provides heated water for heating an establishment. The domestic water delivery system includes a water circulator that feeds the combi-boiler; and a control device or guard member connected to the circulator for controlling the operation thereof. The control device controls the respective “on” and “off” times of operation of the circulator fine-tuned to any home or business.

Abstract: A system for controlling water delivery throughout a household water delivery network that includes bathroom and kitchen sinks, as well as other equipment for dispensing water, said system including a controller disposed at a site, the temperature of the water of which is to be controlled; said controller including a temperature probe for detecting the water temperature at the site; a pump for circulating water from a water heater to the site; and a wireless communication network that interconnects the controller with the pump in order to control hot water delivered from the water heater based on sensed temperature at the temperature probe. Also a process for controlling the water temperature of a water delivery system that includes a pump, either via a wifi hub or a system APP. Also disclosed is a novel adjustment ring associated with the valve.

Abstract: There is provided a water delivery system that includes, hot and cold water lines that are for feeding hot and cold water to respective hot and cold water fixtures, a water heater having a cold water input and a hot water output, a water circulator for pumping water from the hot water outlet to the hot water fixture, a bypass line that couples between the water circulator and the cold water input and at least a first check valve constructed and arranged in the bypass line for selectively directing hot pumped water via the water circulator to the cold water input to the water heater while preventing flow in an opposite direction toward the water circulator. A second check valve is disposed in the cold water line for selectively directing cold water from the cold water line to the cold water input to the water heater while preventing flow in an opposite direction toward the cold water line.
